Josh Farler Helping Hands Foundation Poker Run

Who is Josh Farler? He was a courageous young man who died in 2005 at the very young age of 20. His fight against cancer and the costs that his family endured with hospitalization, transportation, food, lodging and other expenses that insurance does not cover, sparked his law enforcement family to start the Josh Farler Helping Hands Foundation to assist families with those enormous expenses.

A Carson City local, Les Harris from Harris Garage needs support. Like so many individuals today, Les has no insurance. There are days when he is so tired it's hard to think about work and the overwhelming amount of bills he's facing in this down economy. He is in need of riders for the 2nd Annual Josh Farler Helping Hands Foundation Poker Run.

Early registration is appreciated, however, registration will be available until 8:30 a.m. the morning of the event. I might have to get my helmet and leathers on for this cause. Come join the ride throughout beautiful Northern Nevada in memory of Josh and to help Les.
