RENO - Mark Hallberg recorded his first four-hit game of the season for the Aces, but Reno fell 10-7 to the Sacramento River Cats in the series finale Wednesday afternoon at Aces Ballpark.

Reno exploded for seven runs over the first three innings, but Sacramento starter John Halama settled down after that to hold the Aces offense in check.

Sacramento would come back with two in the fourth and four more in the seventh, however, handing the Aces their fourth-straight defeat.

In addition to Hallberg's four-hit game, Doug Deeds added four hits of his own. Brandon Allen chipped in with his 11th home run of the season.

The Aces head out on the road today for a four-game set in Colorado Springs. First pitch is set for 6:05 p.m.
