(AP) - Nevada Gov. Jim Gibbons says he has an agreement to sell his private home in Reno.

Gibbons said the sale isn't final and the undisclosed amount "is not nearly enough."

The home has been on the market about a year and holding up Gibbons' divorce.

Under a divorce decree, the governor must split the sale money with Dawn Gibbons.

Her lawyer, Cal Dunlap, said the sale is expected to close this week.

A July 21 hearing is set in Washoe County Family Court on the divorce, which is not yet final.

Dunlap said the governor has yet to pay the $275,000 that a judge directed him last December to pay Dawn Gibbons for the couple's property in Elko County.
