In a display of unanimous support, former candidates for the Ward 1 Carson City Supervisor seat, Paul R. Saucedo, Norm Scoggin, Sean Lehmann and Gary Schulz, formally endorsed Rob Joiner for Carson City Ward 1 supervisor.
In their endorsement statement, they cited agreement with Joiner on a cautious approach to spending for major projects and for taxpayer expenditures in general.
Upon receiving the endorsement, Joiner said, "I am humbled and pleased to receive the support from all the former (Ward 1) candidates for supervisor. We all ran for the office because we want what is best for Carson City now and in the future. These fine candidates put their hearts and souls into running good races for the right reasons, and I am very proud to receive their endorsements as we move toward November."
