Tunisia, Djibouti highlighted at library presentation

The Carson City Library will present Explore Tunisia and Djibouti @ Your Library at 6 p.m. Thursday in the library auditorium.

Steve and Zohra McGoff will present this travel program. Both have traveled extensively and lived in Tunisia and Djibouti, East Africa.

He works as a civil engineer for the State of Nevada and Zohra is employed by Raley's Supermarket and Drug Center.

This Thursday night program is bimonthly and hosts a series of presentations by people from other countries or by those who have traveled to faraway places.

Previous countries that have been explored through the program include Hong Kong, Nicaragua, England, Bolivia, Colombia, Vietnam, Dominican Republic, Haiti, Taiwan, the Azores or Portugal, Ethiopia, India, Afghanistan, the Basque Country, and Ecuador.
