Douglas J. Meredith, 78, of Carson City died June 2, 2010, at Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare. He was born Sept. 27, 1931, in Fremont, Neb., to Lee Roy and Mary (Borman) Meredith. He is preceded in death by his wife Juanita Meredith; three sisters; one brother and one nephew. He is survived by five nieces and nephews; and sister Ramona Tillotson of Norfolk, Neb. A funeral mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Teresa of Avila Catholic Church. Interment will be at Eastside Memorial Park in Minden. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
