Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Sarah Lynn Hunter, 30, an insurance agent from Carson City, was arrested at 9:24 p.m. Thursday in the 1300 block of Como Street on suspicion of three counts of gross misdemeanor child endangerment. She allegedly was under the influence of and used marijuana, opiates and methamphetamine around three children. Bail was set at $7,500.

• Myrna Gallo, 43, a property manager from Reno, surrendered at 5:25 p.m. Thursday on a felony theft warrant. Bail was set at $20,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Two boys, 15 and 16, were cited for shoplifting at Walmart at 12:45 a.m.

• Report of a checkbook and other items missing from a home in the 6400 block of Salk Road at 8:20 a.m.

• Numerous vehicles and buildings on East Long Street were hit with graffiti overnight.

• A vehicle on Fermi Road was burglarized overnight.

• Vehicle burglary report on Sharon Drive at 2:52 p.m.

• Report of a person burglarizing, trespassing and damaging property on Century Circle.

• A process server reported he went to a home on Salk Road to serve paperwork and a man threatened him with a rifle at 6:01 p.m. Police made contact with the aggressor and found him in possession of a BB gun.

• A woman on Airport Road reported a man hit her in the chest with a stool at 9:19 p.m.

• Report at 10 p.m. of a gold watch and other pieces of jewelry stolen from a home on North Minnesota Street on June 5.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Thursday:

• Coroner call at 1:03 p.m. on V&T Way in Mark Twain.

• A 14-year-old Fernley girl reported at 5:47 p.m. she just smoked pot with friends and believed it was laced with something. The girl's mother got on the phone and asked that an officer respond.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Fremont Street at 10:59 p.m.
