The Candy Dance Committee has announced a poster contest to commemorate the 90th Annual Candy Dance.
Artists are encouraged to submit art work in any media to the Town of Genoa. The winning art will be selected on how well it most expresses the time and place of the anniversary.
When submitting artwork, submit a short biography with an application.
Applications can be obtained by downloading a form from the Town of Genoa website, www.genoa
nevada.org or by contacting the Town Offices at 782-8696. The deadline for submitting artwork is July 16.
The winner will receive two dinner tickets to the 90th Annual Candy Dance Dinner Dance as well as free parking to the Candy Dance Arts and Craft Faire. Winning artwork will be used on the 2010 Candy Dance poster and other publicity items.
