Early deficit kills Bighorns

Another Bighorns baseball game and another early deficit.

The Bighorns fell behind 9-0 to Wasington Manor on unday en route to a 13-9 loss at John L. Harvey Field.

As they always do, the Bighorns fought back. The closed to 9-6 and 11-7 before losing on Sunday.

9-0 deficit and ended up falling 13-9. The Bighorns closed to within 9-6, 11-7 and 13-9 before losing.

Adam Miller's double cut the deficit to 11-7 in the sixth and Ryan Trosko's two-run homer cut the deficit to 13-9 in the eighth.

Miller finished with three hits, Chris Manship collected two hits, while Chris Houle, Jonathan Sigado, Jeff Young, Adam Anderson and Eric Maupin all added a hit for the Bighorns.

The next Bighorns is 5 p.m. on Thursday against the Crawdads at John L. Harvey Field.
