• Paradise Cove Cafe, 1200 S. Carson St., scored 97 points. Improper cooling method used. No permit, alcohol warning and no smoking signs posted. Food establishments which sell alcoholic beverages for consumption on premises required to post signs concerning birth defects. Post the no smoking sign and post the permit in conspicuous places.

• Gold Dust West Coffee Shop, 2171 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Gold Dust West Bar/Lounge, 2171 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Gold Dust West Express Snack Bar, 2171 Highway. 50 East, scored 100 points.
