SPARKS (AP) - Cleanup crews have re-moved hundreds of pounds of rotting meat from a maggot-filled trailer in Sparks after it was abandoned in a bankruptcy dispute.

Washoe County health officials say they still have not determined who is to blame for the mess and stench that started brewing after the power was shut off to the cooling unit a few weeks ago.

One of the owners of the Butcher Boy issued an apology earlier this week in a statement on his website and a video on YouTube. Clint Jolly said they haven't had access to the trailer because the locks were changed by the bankruptcy trustee.
