A Carson City woman and her male friend were jailed Thursday after the woman allegedly exposed herself in Mills Park.

Lisa Marie Ferguson, 41, was booked into the Carson City Jail on suspicion of gross misdemeanor indecent exposure and misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Abel Perez Jr., 28, of South Lake Tahoe, was booked on suspicion of misdemeanor disorderly conduct and obstructing an investigation.

According to the arrest report, a man called police about 2:20 p.m. after he allegedly witnessed Ferguson pull her pants and underwear down, exposing herself several times in plain view of the public.

When police arrived, they found a "very intoxicated" Ferguson, sitting under a tree with two men, within 75 feet of the playground, according to the report.

While officers were speaking with her, Perez Jr. allegedly interrupted the officers, yelling for Ferguson to not speak with them. When officers told him to stay out of it, Perez allegedly yelled expletives at them.

Ferguson denied pulling down her pants.

Another witness came forwarded and corroborated the caller's information, according to the report.

The report states there were seven to 10 children under the age of 10 at the playground and "who had to endure Abel's abusive behavior."

Ferguson's bail was set at $2,737. Perez Jr.'s bail was set at $644.
