Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• A 22-year-old warehouse worker from Carson City was arrested at 4:31 a.m. Wednesday at Stewart and Washington streets on suspicion of misdemeanor driving on a license revoked for DUI and speeding. Bail was set at $724.

• A 48-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 1:05 a.m. Wednesday in the 400 block of North Carson Street on suspicion of misdemeanor violation of a suspended sentence, failure to appear and possession of drug paraphernalia. Bail was set $4,279.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report of between 7,000 and 8,000 pounds of scrap metal taken from a yard on Mallory Way sometime between Sunday and Monday night.

• Coroner call in the 1600 block of Medical Parkway at 2:15 p.m.

• Report of a disgruntled customer at a Highway 50 East veterinary clinic at 4:25 p.m.

• Report of a possible drowning at the Carson River off Deer Run Road at 7:45 p.m. Unfounded.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Arrest on Nevada Pacific Boulevard in Fernley at 3:32 a.m.

• A Dayton caller reported at 9:10 a.m. that someone "hit her van between now and February."

• Report at 1:47 p.m. of guns and electronics stolen from a home on East Second Street in Silver Springs.
