Carson Tahoe Regional Healthcare Foundation is selling raffle tickets for a new car, with all proceeds benefiting the Carson Tahoe Cancer Center. The winner will choose from a 2010 Toyota Corolla or Ford Focus.
Tickets are $20 each or six tickets for $100. The drawing takes place at Glen Eagles during the annual Celebrity Docs fundraiser on Saturday, June 12.
Dick Campagni, owner of Carson City Toyota and Capital Ford, is donating a new car for the third year in a row. Raffle proceeds to date total more than $40,000.
"We are very committed to helping cancer patients," said Campagni. "By donating to the cancer center, we can directly support our community and those struggling around us."
Tickets are available for purchase at the Carson Tahoe Regional Medical Center gift shop and at participating locations throughout Carson City.
