"Green building" seminar Thursday

Three seminars for green - or energy efficient - building will be hosted by NV Energy in Carson City starting Thursday.

The seminars are recommended for builders, architects, engineers and others to learn how to save energy, water, time and money in building projects.

Thursday's seminar will last from 8:30 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. at Western Nevada College, 2201 West College Parkway, inside the Reynolds Building, room 114.

Upcoming seminars are on April 21 and May 12.

The sessions are free, but registration is requested by calling 1-888-818-3746.
