Carson City health inspections April 20-22

The following health inspections are for the period of April 20-22:

• Carson High School Culinary Arts Kitchen, 1111 Saliman Road, scored 100 points.

• Carson High School Cafeteria, 1111 Saliman Road, scored 100 points.

• Carson High School Senator's Cafe, 1111 Saliman Road, scored 100 points.

• Carson High School Central Kitchen, 1111 Saliman Road, scored 100 points.

• Carson Coffee, 1825 N. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Crowbar, 4750 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Arby's Restaurant, 1122 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. Floors are not clean. Food debris was found under equipment and in the spaces between equipment and walls. There was no proof that a certified food handler was present at the time of this inspection.

• McDonald's #7890 Restaurant, 3905 S. Carson St., scored 96 points. There was no proof that a certified person was present during the time of this inspection. There were no "No Smoking" signs at the entrances as required by NRS.

• Dotty's #10 Bar/Lounge, 2260 Highway 50 East, scored 100 points.

• Papa Murphy's Take and Bake Restaurant, 4314 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Seafood Department, 3200 Market St., scored 100 points.

• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Meat Department, 3200 Market St., scored 100 points.

• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Produce Department, 3200 Market St., scored 100 points.

• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Deli Department, 3200 Market St., scored 100 points.

• Walmart Supercenter #3408 Bakery Department, 3200 Market St., scored 99 points. Found jacket laying on clean baking pans.

• Denny's Restaurant #8011, scored 99 points. Found no residual Quat sanitizer in the sanitizer cloth bucket at the front counter.
