Wildlife advisory board member sought

The Carson City Board of Supervisors is seeking applications from persons interested in serving on the Carson City Wildlife Advisory Board. The Committee manages wildlife matters within Carson City. The meetings vary in number, usually with the onset of fishing and hunting seasons, and could involve up to six hours a month.

There is one opening for a three-year term, expiring July 2013.

A qualified person must be a resident and registered voter of Carson City and a sportsman or be engaged in ranching or farming in the city.
