Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Douglas Martin, 54, a concrete finisher from Carson City, and his sons Jacob Robert Martin, 32, and Matthew Cole Martin, 20, were arrested Sunday at 9:56 p.m. in the 300 block of David Street. Douglas and Jacob Martin were booked on suspicion of felony home invasion and battery. Matthew Martin was booked on suspicion of felony home invasion. According to the arrest report, the trio allegedly burst into a home and beat up a man who had argued with his girlfriend earlier. Bail for the youngest Martin was set at $25,000. The other two are each being held on $26,132.

• A 19-year-old unemployed Carson City woman was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of C Street on suspicion of misdemeanor threats and trespassing. Bail was set at $869.

• Nyle Anthony Silva, 23, of Carson City, was arrested at 12:24 p.m. Friday on College Parkway on suspicion of felony robbery, false imprisonment, gross misdemeanor interference with emergency communication and misdemeanor domestic battery. Bail was set at $35,632.

• A 27-year-old unemployed West Pointe, Calif., man was arrested at 4:03 a.m. Tuesday in the 400 block of East William Street on suspicion of misdemeanor failure to maintain lane and following too closely. Bail was set at $1,381.

• A 30-year-old bartender from Dayton was arrested at 3:47 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 50 East on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving, driving without a license, failure to use turn signal and failure to wear a seat belt. Her bail was set at $1,451.

• Michael Andrew Gutierrez, 38, a registered nurse from Carson City, was arrested at noon Monday on suspicion of felony preventing a witness from testifying. Gutierrez was in custody on a domestic battery charge when he allegedly called the victim from jail to urge her not to show up in court, according to the arrest report. The calls were recorded. Bail was set at $2,500.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Report at 6:12 a.m. of a fence cut at a Lockheed Way machine shop and items taken.

• Coroner call in the 1700 block of Snyder Avenue at 7:04 a.m.

• Accident at 12:37 p.m. at West Fifth and Nevada streets.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Monday:

• Commercial burglary report on Industrial Parkway in Mound House.

• Misdemeanor arrest on Falcon Way in Yerington at 9:41 a.m.
