Ernest W. Ulch, 81, of Dayton died May 17, 2010, at his home. He was born Aug. 3, 1928, in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He served in the U.S. Army during WWII. He is survived by his son Ernie Ulch of Cameron Park, Calif. FitzHenry's Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of arrangements.
