May Bell Giometti, 87, died Oct. 22, 2010, in South Lake Tahoe, Calif. She was born July 28, 1923, in Coeburn, Va., to Roy and Mary Anderson. Survivors include daughters Joeann Castle and Mary E. Cooper; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A funeral service will be at noon Saturday at St. Teresa Catholic Church in Carson City. Burial will follow at Dayton Cemetery. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
