LAS VEGAS (AP) - Nevada has two crowned new beauty queens.

Sarah Chapman, 26, of Las Vegas, was named Miss Nevada USA 2010 on Sunday during the pageant at the College of Southern Nevada.

A preschool director, Chapman will represent Nevada at the 60th annual Miss USA 2011 competition in Las Vegas next year.

Seventeen-year-old Ashley Megan Brown, also of Las Vegas, was named Miss Teen Nevada 2010.

Brown is an eleventh-grader at Nevada Virtual High School. She will go onto compete in the 2011 Miss Teen USA pageant.

A panel of five judges scored contestants based on their performance in three categories - swimsuit, evening gown and live interview. Twenty-three women competed for the Miss Nevada USA title and eight young women sought the teen title.

The Miss Universe Organization is co-owned by NBC and Donald Trump.
