Joe J. Rumsey, 53, of Dayton died Nov. 12, 2010. He was born on March 21, 1957, in Yuma, Ariz., to Adrian and Frankie Rumsey. He is survived by wife Kay Rumsey and nephew Henry Rumsey, both of Dayton. A funeral service will be Friday at 10 a.m. at FitzHenry's Chapel of Faith with burial to follow at the Dayton Cemetery. FitzHenry's Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
