Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Jose Luis Pena, 58, a recycler from Reno, was arrested at 6:13 p.m. Wednesday on College Parkway on suspicion of felony burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Augustine Charles Mangione II, 20, unemployed of Carson City, was arrested at 1:14 a.m. Wednesday at Lompa and Nye lanes on suspicion of felony probation violation. No bail was set.

• A 19-year-old unemployed Reno woman was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Wednesday in the 2600 block of College Parkway on suspicion of misdemeanor defrauding an innkeeper. She allegedly took a cab from Reno to Carson City then refused to pay the $96 fare.

• Carmen Flores, 20, a cashier from South Lake Tahoe was arrested at 1:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 900 block of East Musser Street on suspicion of felony burglary. Bail was set at $25,000.

• An 18-year-old unemployed Carson City man was arrested at 9:50 p.m. Wednesday at Division and Seventh streets on suspicion of misdemeanor drunken driving and minor consuming. Bail was set at $1,369.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Wednesday:

• Report of a prowler at 3:19 a.m. in the 1100 block of West Winnie Lane.

• A laptop and sword were stolen from a home on Wendy Drive sometime before 5:16 a.m.

• A black 1994 Honda Civic with Nevada plates 986PPX was reported missing from the 1200 block of East Long Street at 6:49 a.m.

• Coroner call in the 2800 block of Highway 50 East at 1:40 p.m.

• Report of three burglars running from a home in the 2800 block of Airport Road at 3:6 p.m.

• Fight at 9:16 p.m. in a parking lot in the 3200 block of Market Street.
