Health Inspections for Oct. 13

The following health inspections are for the period of Sept. 22-25:

• Smith's Food & Drug Bakery, 599 E. William St., scored 98 points. Various cakes and cookies were found held cold between 41-45 F and not at 40 F or less in one or two of the three-unit display refrigerators.

• Smith's Food & Drug Meat Department, 599 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• Smith's Food & Drug Produce Department, 599 E. William St., scored 99 points. The ceiling cooling units in the walk-in cooler were not maintained in good repair. The drain lines were leaking. Do not store food under the dripping lines.

• Smith's Food & Drug Retail Grocery, 599 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• Smith's Food & Drug Deli Department, 599 E. William St., scored 100 points.

• R & D Office Deli Vending, 7177 Schulz Dr., scored 100 points.

• Hawaiian Ice Mobile Ice Cream/Sno Cone Vehicle, 190 Townsend, scored 100 points.

• K9 Dog House Restaurant, 3250 Retail Dr. #100, scored 100 points.

• Carson Station Restaurant Coffee Shop, 900 S. Carson St., scored 93 points. Readily perishable cold food was found held above 46 F. The bulk milk in the bulk milk dispenser at the side of the cook line was found at 50 F and not being maintained at 40 F or less. This milk was discarded on the spot. The food contact surfaces of the inside of the ice machine were not clean. There was a buildup of slime along three inches of the ice drop shield edge. This was cleaned on the spot.

• Carson Station Snack Bar, 900 S. Carson St., scored 95 points. Readily perishable cold food is held above 46 F. Raw hamburger was found in the upright refrigerator in the back room at 49 F and was not being maintained at 40 F or below. This meat was discarded on the spot.

• Carson Station Bar/Lounge Main Bar, 900 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Carson Station Bar/Lounge Sports Bar , 900 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.

• Carson Station Restaurant Station Cantina, 900 S. Carson St., scored 100 points.
