MIAMI (AP) - LeBron James left the Miami Heat exhibition game against CSKA Moscow on Tuesday night after grabbing at his right hamstring in obvious discomfort.

The Heat said James was cramping, and his return to the game was uncertain. James came back to the Heat bench - without a limp - about 2 1/2 minutes into the fourth quarter.

James reached for his right hamstring with 3:51 left in the third quarter, walking with a bit of a limp off the floor and then quickly through the tunnel toward the Miami locker room. He was followed moments later by Dwyane Wade, who is sidelined with a right hamstring strain.

Wade emerged after a few minutes, smiling when he took his seat on the Heat bench.

James had played 26 minutes in the exhibition against the Euroleague club, scoring 22 points with seven assists and four rebounds. He was replaced by Patrick Beverley.
