Good Shepherd Wesleyan Church will celebrate Pastor Appreciation during the 10:30 a.m. service on Sunday with a free concert by Gospel singer and songwriter JP Thomas. An offering will be taken to help JP with expenses.

This will be Thomas' third visit to Carson City. He has appeared with The Kingsmen, The Hoppers, The Dixie Melody Boys, The Florida Boys and The Crabb Family.

The public is invited to join Good Shepherd for this special service to express love and appreciation to Pastor M.H. Dennis, Assistant Pastor John Yacenda, and Rev. Sam Koch.
