The Jamba Juice at 921 Topsy Lane closed Wednesday, according to the Emeryville, Calif.-based company.
A spokeswoman for the company said another store in Reno also closed Wednesday.
There are three other Jamba Juice locations in the region, in South Lake Tahoe, Reno and Sparks.
About 25 employees were affected by the closures.
The Jamba Juice at the Topsy Lane shopping center opened in the summer of 2004.
