August Augenthaler, 84, of Carson City died Oct. 6, 2010. He was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., to August and Ruth Augenthaler and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Augie was preceded in death by his son Gary. Survivors include his wife Margaret; daughter Robin (Frank) Bleuss; sister Arlene (Roy) Schuber; and three grandchildren. A celebrate of life will be in New York next summer. Neptune Society is in charge of arrangements. Donations may be made to the American Heart Association, 1710 Gilbreth Rd., Burlingame, CA 94010.
