Highway patrol arrests man with 95 pot plants in car

RENO (AP) - A California man is facing drug charges after Nevada troopers say he had 95 marijuana plants in the back of his minivan.

Sixty-one-year-old Arthur Griffo was arrested Monday night after he was pulled over on Interstate 80 in Reno.

Griffo booked into the Washoe County Jail on charges of possession of marijuana with the intent to sell, possession of more than one ounce of marijuana, illegally engaging in interstate commerce and failure to maintain a travel lane.
