I recently was shopping at Costco and purchased a couple of lobster tails as a surprise for my wife. When I arrived home, I noticed that the lobster tails were missing.

I made a call to Costco and spoke to Tom, who was extremely helpful. He told me that the lobster tails had been turned in and I could go back into the store and reclaim them, which I did.

Thanks to the honest individual who returned the lobster to the store and to Tom at Costco for his kind assistance.
