Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Terrence David Vickers, 45, of Carson City, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a Dayton warrant for suspicion of felony being a restricted person in possession of a firearm. Bail was set at $20,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• A homeowner reported at 10:47 a.m. that they arrived at their Moody Street home and found it had been "rummaged through," sometime between 7 p.m. Monday night and Tuesday morning.

• Report at 1:58 p.m. on Janas Way of a grandson yelling at his grandmother.

• A mother reported at 6 p.m. on North Edmonds Drive that her 6-year-old daughter was battered by another child.

• Fire at 6:46 p.m. on Koontz Lane. A man trying to kill weeds with a propane torch lit his trailer on fire. Fire crews were able to save the structure.

• Report at 7:59 p.m. of a wedding ring missing from a home on New Ridge Drive.

• Report at 9:11 p.m. on South Harbin Avenue of someone playing loud music.

• A caller reported at 11:18 p.m. that a tan pick up truck kept repeatedly driving past their home on Wingate Way and they didn't know why.

• A woman reported at 11:43 a.m. that a man against whom she had a restraining order had posted a picture of her as the profile picture on his Facebook page. She felt the incident violated the restraining order.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Felony arrest at 2:55 a.m. on a warrant in Yerington.

• Report of guard rails stolen from the NDOT yard in Fernley.

• A truck was burglarized sometime before 9:52 a.m. on Ziller Way in Dayton.

• A Dayton woman reported at 9:53 a.m. that she received a check from Publisher's Clearing House and she believed it was a fake.

• Felony arrest at 10:28 a.m. following a traffic stop and foot pursuit on Fremont Street in Fernley.

• Fire at 5:47 p.m. on Palmer Court in Dayton.

Storey County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• Report at 10:58 p.m. on South C Street of a man with a head injury. The man was transported by paramedics.
