Carson City

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

• Tanner Jordan Rust, 21, unemployed from Carson City, was arrested at 12:43 p.m. on Northridge Drive on suspicion of felony burglary, possession of heroin and misdemeanor obstructing. Bail was set at $25,000.

• Nathan Daniel Eldon Akakai, 24, unemployed from Reno, was arrested at 5 p.m. Tuesday in the 800 block of East Musser Street on a Storey County warrant alleging felony domestic battery with choking and third-offense domestic battery. Bail was set at $25,000.

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• 6:17 a.m. - Black 2004 VW Jetta missing from the 100 block of Conestoga Drive.

• 9:18 a.m. - Report of mailboxes vandalized.

• 5:17 p.m. - Report of a blue Honda Civic missing from 200 block of West Caroline Street.

• 9:47 p.m. - Dispute over the phone between a homeowner and a man he hired to deliver firewood on Ponderosa Drive. Delivery man threatened to give homeowner "attitude adjustment," homeowner told delivery driver if he came on property he'd shoot him.

Lyon County

The following are some of the calls to which deputies responded Tuesday:

• 8:19 a.m. - Arrest on Occidental Drive in Dayton.

• 8:58 a.m. - Report of a fight between two students at Fernley High.

• 9:45 a.m. - Report of tools stolen from truck on Brown Drive in Mound House.

• 12:38 p.m. - Coroner call on Walnut Drive in Fernley.

• 5:23 p.m. - Hit-and-run report in the 1300 block of Newlands Drive in Fernley.

• 7:52 p.m. - Report of a Harley-Davidson stolen from the 800 block of Branstetter Avenue.
