Phyllis S. Gray, 71, of Dayton, Nevada formerly of Cerritos, California passed away on August 11, 2011. Above all else, she was a devoted mother and wife.
She was born in Amsterdam, New York and migrated to Long Beach, California as a small child. She studied journalism in college and had a deep love for writing and her country.
Phyllis is survived by her husband Ronald Gray, 9 of her children Scott Bonner, Mark Bonner, Diane Miller, Suzi Kirsnis, Joey Gray, Ken Gray, Ron Gray, Jennifer Perez and Max Gray. She is also survived by her brother Craig Farrow, sisters Rita Parker and Patti Lovernich, and 14 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents Howard and Violet Farrow and her son Stephen Bonner.
A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, October 1, 2011 in Long Beach, California. For more information call (775) 220-1935. Although small in stature she had a huge presence and was loved by many.
