The following people were booked into the Carson City jail. All suspects are innocent unless proven guilty in court:

• Omar Segura, 28, Carson City, was arrested at 8 a.m. Tuesday at the jail on failure-to-appear warrants from the U.S. Marshal's Office for allegedly being a felon in possession of a firearm and by the Nevada Highway Patrol on traffic charges. He was being held without bail.

• A 26-year-old Carson City man was charged Tuesday with failure to obey a subpoena as a material witness in a criminal case. The 11:38 a.m. arrest took place at his residence in the 3000 block of North Roop St.

• A 21-year-old Carson City woman was jailed on charges of indecent conduct at 4:33 p.m. Tuesday. She was taken into custody at the jail.

• Tom Garretson, 63, was arrested after a search of his south Lompa residence at 3:35 a.m. Wednesday. Detectives assisted by the SWAT team seized a .22-caliber rifle they said had also had its serial number filed off - both of which are felonies. In addition, he was charged with possession of marijuana and a marijuana pipe and violating his alternative-sentencing conditions, which included not possessing any weapons. He was released on $19,500 bail.
