TUESDAY: Barbecued chicken, potato salad, minestrone soup, orange, roll with margarine.

WEDNESDAY: Manicotti with meat sauce, Italian vegetables, pineapple tidbits, bread with margarine.

THURSDAY: Salmon, baked potato, mixed vegetables, fruit cocktail, pound cake with berries.

FRIDAY NEW YEAR'S EVE: Roast beef with gravy, yams, peas & onions, Mandarin oranges with shredded coconut, cake, ice cream.

DAYTON

Dayton Senior Center, 320 Old Dayton Valley Road:

MONDAY: CLOSED FOR HOLIDAY

TUESDAY: Glazed ham, sweet potatoes, broccoli, whole wheat bread, baked apples.

WEDNESDAY: Crab salad, Saltine cracker, beets, cantaloupe, cake with sherbet.

THURSDAY: Teriyaki chicken, fried rice, layered salad, fresh orange slices.

FRIDAY BREAKFAST 9 A.M.: Sausage & egg muffin, hash browns, peaches, V8 juice, orange juice.

DOUGLAS COUNTY

Douglas County Senior Center, 2300 Meadow Lane:

MONDAY: CLOSED FOR HOLIDAY

TUESDAY: Vegetable egg roll with sweet & sour sauce, fried rice, stir-fry vegetables, mushroom salad, apricots, fortune cookie.

WEDNESDAY: Beef tacos, ranch-style beans, mexicorn, orange rice pudding.

THURSDAY: Ham & scalloped potatoes, Italian cabbage salad, seasoned green beans, warm spiced apples.

FRIDAY NEW YEAR'S EVE DINNER: The great gobbler sandwich with turkey breast, cream cheese and whole cranberries on wheat bread, broccoli salad, kudos cookie, assorted chips, sparkling apple cider.

SILVER SPRINGS

YERINGTON
