He is survived by his parents Sylvestre and Rachael Garcia; wife Elsie Garcia; stepchildren Eloise M. Milanes, Ramona H. Isidro, and Kelly R. Javier; brothers John Garcia and Kalen Johnson; sister Christy Blanchette; 13 stepgranchildren. Autumn Funerals & Cremations is in charge of arrangements.
