Obituary: Ann D. Lindahl

Ann D. Lindahl, 94, of Gardnerville, died July 8, 2011. She was born Jan. 30, 1917, in Woodriver, Ill., to John and Mary Kertis. She was preceded in death by her husband, Edward A. Lindahl; son Edward Wayne Lindahl; three sisters; and three brothers. She is survived by son Richard (Cora) Lindahl; daughter Beverly (Robert) Simmons; brother Joseph (Claudia) Kertis; eight grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren. There will be a memorial Mass at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Gall Catholic Church in Gardnerville. Burial will be at Calumet Park Cemetery in Merrillville, Ind. Walton's Chapel of the Valley is in charge of arrangements.
