Holiday performances

The Capital City Community Band will present a free concert of holiday music, marches, and tributes to military personnel 7:30 p.m. today at Dayton Intermediate School, 315 Dayton Valley Road in Dayton. Call 775-883-2219.

Wild Horse Theater presents “Hairspray” at BAC Performance Hall, 511 W. King St. Performances are 7 p.m. Dec. 13; 2 and 7 p.m. Dec. 14; and 2 p.m. Dec. 15. $12 for general admission, $10 student/seniors/members, $6 ages 4-12. The Carson City Symphony presents its 30th annual Holiday Treat Concert, 4 p.m. Dec. 15 at Bob Boldrick Theater in the Carson City Community Center.
