The Nevada Appeal’s website is fully available exclusively to subscribers, effective today.
The site’s content was made available to everyone when we launched our revamped website March 13. We wanted to give readers a chance to navigate our new site and get used to how to find our news and advertising content. We also needed to work out the inevitable bugs that come when a site this large is entirely rebuilt. The changes we made were based on detailed analysis of our reader-traffic history, to make our highest-traffic stories more accessible.
Paying customers will have unlimited access to the newspaper’s news, features and opinion content this afternoon. Readers who are not paid subscribers will only see a few lines of the story, then will be invited to subscribe if they want to read the full story. A small number of stories every day will continue to be free to all readers, and all advertising and calendar listings will be free.
Paid subscribers will need to log into their accounts starting today to access stories. Your login will be the email address we have on file for your subscription. All you need to do is log in with your email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, select the “forgot password” link at the bottom of the login box and we’ll email that information to you.
If you have any questions or need additional help, please send an email to digitalsupport@nevadaappeal.com, call 775-882-2515, or click on the Live Chat button on the Login page to chat online with one of our customer service representatives.
Nevadaappeal.com continues to build the future of online news. We appreciate your loyalty and hope you will continue to be part of our emphasis to increase the content available online.
