Tonight’s presentation of “Shootout at Sadie’s Saloon” will raise money for Silver State Stars students attending the International Thespian Festival in Lincoln, Neb., this summer.

The play is an old-fashioned melodrama with booing and hissing, popcorn throwing, cheering for the good guys and a gunfight, as well as a silent auction.

The melodrama is presented by TOAD and features several audience favorites — Rich Garrett, Jack Hollingshead, Braeden Garrett, Sabrina Martin, Brynn Garrett, Isa Basche and Breana Lummus.

The show is set for 7 p.m. at Silver State High School Performing Arts Center, 900 Mallory Way.

Tickets can be purchased at the door for $10, with VIP seating for $12 that includes popcorn to be thrown at the villain. Desserts, drinks and popcorn will be available. The silent auction will conclude at the end of intermission.
