QB club fundraiser set; New gym hours announced

QB Club to host fundraiser Saturday

The Greenwave Quarterback Club will host a fundraiser on Saturday at the Fallon Convention Center.

The club is putting on an adult comedy show featuring comic Sean Peabody and two others.

Advanced tickets cost $20 or $25 at the door. Tables can be purchased for $200. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. and tickets can be purchased at First Independent Bank or call 775-427-0792 for ticket delivery.

Open gym hours set by city at Venturacci Park

The Gym at Venturacci Park opens its doors to open gym hours starting Monday.

The new facility will be open from 3:30-8 p.m. on Monday through Friday. Saturday’s hours are from noon to 8 p.m.
