James Walter Laidlaw

October 27, 1923 - April 13, 2014

James Walter Laidlaw was born on Oct. 27, 1923 in Walhalla, ND and passed away on April 13, 2014 in Carson City, NV. Jim was fun to be around and everyone loved him. He loved golf and loved volunteering for many charities including VFW, Pioneers of America and the Carson Senior Center. Jim was retired from the United States Navy where he served in WWII. He also retired a second time as an Aeorspace Engineer. Jim is survived by his daughter; Patricia Laidlaw, sons: James Laidlaw (Linda). Robert Laidlaw, sister; Dora Hall, 5 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and 2 great-great granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his wife and mother of his children, Lucille, son Larry and infant son William. Services will be held in CA at a later date. Donations may be made to Gentiva Hospice.
