Vicente Hernandez, a resident of Carson City since 1983, passed away on July 31, 2014 at the age of 86. He was born in the Philippines on September 12, 1927. He worked at the Ormsby House, then retired from the Carson Station Casino in 2000. He was a member of St. Teresa’s Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Susana, of 68 years, along with 4 daughters, 3 sons, 12 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren. Viewing will be at FitzHenry’s Funeral Home on Thursday, August 7th from 2-8pm, and a service will be at St. Teresa of Avila on Friday, August 8th at 10am. All whose lives were touched by our Dad are welcome.
