Mary Kay Independent Sales Director Carol Swanson, of Carson City, has earned the use of a new Chevy Equinox crossover as a result of her outstanding achievements in her Mary Kay business.
Swanson will take delivery of the new Chevy Equinox crossover, her ninth Mary Kay career car, at Michael Hohl Chevy Buick GMC Cadillac.
Swanson began her Mary Kay business as an Independent Beauty Consultant in 1993. She became an independent sales director in 1995. As an independent sales director, she chooses to provide education, leadership and motivation to other Mary Kay Independent Beauty Consultants.
“The first question folks ask me when they hear that I am a Mary Kay consultant is whether I drive a pink Cadillac,” Swanson said. “I certainly would like to be able to answer ‘yes’ to that question someday. However, I feel blessed and am proud that I will be able to say that I am driving my 9th Mary Kay car, a 2015 Chevy Equinox crossover equipped with all-wheel drive in our mountain snow. ”
