Detectives are investigating a home invasion and robbery that happened early Sunday.
Carson City Sheriff’s deputies were called to the home ain 1200 block of Canvasback Drive at 4:49 a.m. by the resident who said two men kicked in the back door to the garage, then the door to the kitchen.
Once inside, the two ransacked the house asking about a safe while holding the home resident and caregiver at gunpoint.
The men left with an unknown number of items.
One man was described as possibly white or Hispanic, the other as possibly black.
