Edmund “E.J.” Harm, 82, died October 28th at Carson Tahoe Hospital. My dad was born June 19th, 1932 in Sioux City, Iowa to Mike and Elenor Harm. He had a sister, Shirley, brother Jack, and younger brother, Jerry. The family moved to Los Angeles, Ca. where dad was a H.S. football star. he moved to Willows, Ca, where he met and married my mom, Mary. They moved to the Bay Area where they had 5 children Leonette, Mary Kay, mark, Kirk, and me, Michael. My dad became a plumber and was a superintendant for Hickey Plumbing before retiring from the Union in 1977. Then dad, me, grandpa, and mom moved to Carson City. Dad started E.J. Harm and sons plumbing, co. He changed the name to eagle Plumbing in the mid 1980’s. Mom and dad retired (again) in the early 2000’s when they moved to Pine Grove, Ca. Mom passed away in 2009, and dad came to live with me and my wife Judy one year ago. I could not have asked for a better father. Dad loved to golf, hunt, fish, trap shooting, and sporting clays. You name a sport and dad could probably school you on it. Dad is survived by sister Shirly, Brother, Jack. Children: Mary Kay, Mark, Kirk, Michael. Grand Children: Aryn, Dane, Julia, Jordan, Skylar. Great grand children: Jackson and Logan. The Funeral Service will be Saturday, November 8th at 11:00am at Willows Cemetery, 800 E. Wood St. Willows, Ca. 95988.
