Carson City Library will host a Halloween costume party and mini-pumpkin decorating event for all ages from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Oct. 27 in the library’s youth department.
The event offers a costume contest with prizes. Costumes must be age appropriate.
Attendees are asked to bring their own mini pumpkin to decorate; decorating supplies will be provided.
The library will also host its safe trick-or-treating event on Thursday, Oct. 30.
