Carson City Health Department’s food-service inspections for July 31. All scores are on a 100-point scale, with points deducted depending on the severity of violations:
Port of Subs, 930 Jacks Valley Road, scored 100 points.
Kings Buffet, 3790 Highway 395, Suite 201, scored 99 points. Unfinished wood blocks were used to prop up tables. The sinks were not firmly attached to the walls. A light shield was cracked in the kitchen.
