Carson City Sheriff’s Log: Woman was arrested on suspicion of intimidating a peace officer

The following people were booked into the Carson City Jail. All suspects are innocent until proved guilty in court:

TUESDAY

At 9:51 a.m., a 41-year-old Carson City woman was arrested on suspicion of intimidating a public officer after deputies responded to reports of a battery near the 500 block of Jeanell Drive. The woman allegedly threatened to run over deputies with her vehicle when they attempted to get her to leave a scene. Bail was set at $2,500.

At 5:02 p.m., Keith Curtis, 36, of Carson City was arrested on suspicion of felony possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia and introduction of an intoxicant to the city after deputies responded to reports of an odor of marijuana near the 1000 block of 5th Street. Bail was set at $5,000.
