Sandie La Nae, a Carson City woman and author of a dozen books, is hosting a book signing during the next Wine Walk from 1 to 5 p.m. Saturday, March 7, at Morley’s Books, 102 W. King St.
La Nae’s book “The Historic Sweeney Building in Carson City, Nevada” follows the story of the historic building that now houses Morley’s Books in Carson City’s historic west side.
La Nae’s newest book, “Weird Reno,” the first in a trilogy co-authored by Arline La Ferry, chronicles news and ghostly descriptions throughout Reno’s history. Her next projects are “Weird Virginia City” and “Weird Carson City.”
